We're Tying the Knot!

Our journey started in 2023 when we were introduced through a mutual friend. Caroline attended William’s birthday party as a complete stranger, and a friendship quickly followed. While a relationship wasn’t on Caroline’s radar at the time, Will knew from the start that he was interested. It took us almost a year to get on the same page, but when it did finally happen it was a movie-like moment under a sky lit by actual fireworks.

The page turned on the Fourth Of July in 2024, Caroline knew from the moment she walked into that party what she wanted her future to look like. Things moved quickly and we would rarely ever go more than a week without seeing each other. Since then we have moved into a little blue duplex in Waterville, Ohio together and have worked hard to build a home for ourselves and Matteo.

After two years we still cannot agree on what counts as our first date. Caroline swears it was a literal junkyard, searching for car parts, it was the first time we talked about seeing a future together. Will insists it was the night he went over to Caroline’s house and she made tacos for dinner. A detail so memorable that "Tacos" became Caroline’s contact name for a while.

In our time together, we’ve enjoyed a series of fun and unique dates. From geocaching across Ohio, to our monthly trips to Applebee’s, and plenty of ordinary moments that were special simply because of one another's presence. It has certainly been anything but boring. What started as a mere friendship turned into building a home, a routine and choosing each other every day. We’re so excited to celebrate where we’ve been, where we are now, and everything we have left with all of you!
